Commission Information

The only way to contact me for a commission is by filling out the form below. Once that’s completed, we can work out a price. If I do not respond in 72 hours, you do not have a slot. Slots fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.DO NOT send payment until I CONFIRM that you have a slot!!

I accept payment through PayPal ONLY. My currency is USD and you need to make sure that if you’re converting funds you have enough to cover the cost. When your commission is accepted, I will email an invoice you can use to pay. FULL PAYMENT is required for me to begin work on your commission.

Prices will be different for every commission, since all characters and pieces are unique. However, I’ll include a list of what I offer (with examples) below that should give you a general idea of what to expect. Please keep in mind that the more complicated your character, the more I will charge. If you don’t see what you want below, don’t worry, contact me and we can talk.Additional characters cost about the same as single characters. Design Commissions

$85 per character

  • You will receive a flat, fullbody ref sheet. The character belongs to you once I've designed it.

  • You can send in up to 5 moodboards, color palettes, or photos. Please feel free to share any vision you have for the character! But keep in mind that if you send in three totally contrasting inspirations, I may have trouble pulling together a cohesive design. It's up to you.

  • This is a custom OC design, done by me based on an image you provide. You receive a sketch, with some color palette ideas; you can ask for changes based on that image. (Limit of four changes before I charge extra for time.) Afterwards, I will finish your design and send you that. At that point, you can request minor changes. Please note, any major changes will need extra cost to cover time.

Backgrounds

Price varies depending on complexity

  • Flat color or gradient backgrounds, transparent, or those with simple shapes (lines, squares, etc) are free.

  • For any other backgrounds, availability and pricing varies widely. I’m best at natural landscapes, and open to considering other options occasionally.

  • Pricing also varies depending on what your commission is (headshot vs. fullbody, for example.)

  • If you want a background, your best bet is to go over it with me on a case-to-case basis.

Speedpaints

+$5

  • You’re welcome to choose your own music as long as it comes from NCS’s collection of music (for copyright reasons.) Otherwise, I’ll pick something that seems to fit.

  • I don’t do speedpaints for headshots, busts, or sketchy commissions of any kind.

  • Speedpaints get posted on my second speedpaint channel.

What I will draw

  • Dragons / dragon-like creatures

  • Light blood, fighting, etc.

  • Nature backgrounds (depending on complexity)

  • Art for canon Wings of Fire characters

  • Original Characters (OCs)

What I WON'T draw

  • NSFW, kink, fetish, pedophilic, incest, or any hate work. (Absolutely not, don’t even ask.)

  • Political/controversial art of any kind

  • Explicit language

  • Lots of blood/gore/horror designs

  • Romance

  • Cities/overly mechanical designs

Rules

You must read the rules below if you want to commission me! (By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.)

- I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, and I don’t have to explain why.- If I feel a request is outside the bounds of my ability, I’ll refuse your commission. (I want you to get a quality product, and if I’m not the person to deliver it, someone else should.)- If I do refuse your commission for personal reasons, please do not hassle me.- If you don’t have a reference for your character/s you need to be able to provide a detailed description. If you are unable to provide complete details, even after I’ve given you multiple chances, and I get a design wrong, I am not responsible.- You must pay fully before I begin working. My currency is USD; if you are converting funds it is your job to do so and to make sure you have enough to cover the commission.- Once I’ve started work, you will not get a refund.- If you accidentally send too much money, don’t worry, I’ll refund you the extra. (Let me know, though, in case I miss it.)I usually take a week or two to complete the commission. If I have delays or think it will take longer (for example, a more detailed/large commission) I’ll let you know.I will send you WIPs as I work to make sure you are happy with it. You will have opportunities to make changes if I make a mistake. If you miss the chance to make minor changes, I am not responsible. (Of course, I try to be accommodating and helpful, but I’m not going to - for instance - completely redraw a pose if you decide you don’t like it.)Changes I will not make: complete redraw of the pose, new shading, complete change in color, anything requiring a large amount of time.- I specialize in dragons. Anything else, depending on how far it differs, is a maybe.- I will charge more for more complex designs.- I reserve the right to post your commission on my sites unless you specifically ask me not to.
Feel free to contact me and ask questions, of course!

Terms of Service

  • By entering any kind of transaction with me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

  • If you break any of the terms of service listed you may be blacklisted from commissioning me.

  • If I update the terms of service, I will leave the update date at the bottom of the document.

  • The commissioner or purchaser (meaning the one agreeing with the Terms of Service) will be referred to as the client.

  • If you fail to follow the guidelines provided I (the artist) have the right to decline your commission or purchase.

I. Payment and Refunds
1. All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
2. The currency accepted is USD and is processed through PayPal. If the client is converting currency it is up to the client to do so and to make sure they have enough.
3.The commission can be canceled anytime prior to payment being fulfilled.
4. Once the commission has begun, the client cannot be refunded.
If the client successfully requests a refund before I begin work, I will refund you as swiftly as possible.
5. Each commission is quoted differently depending on the variables. Once we have decided on a price, there is to be no haggling.
6. False or unwarranted chargebacks will permanently ban you, the client, from future purchases. Examples of these chargebacks are as follows; the work has been completed or fulfilled yet a chargeback is issued; the work is in progress; the work was cancelled and a refund is already in progress; there has been no updates to the work in an extended period of time (see section II)

II. In Progress Purchases
1. Work in progress updates are for the client’s viewing only, the client may not publicly post these WIPs anywhere unless given permission.
2. During the drawing process, the client is welcome to request a WIP at any time.
3. Depending on my workload and personal life, the client’s commission will take anywhere from one to three weeks usually. If I expect it to take longer, I will notify the client.
4. The client may request minor changes throughout the WIPs for the work with exceptions listed as the following:
a. Requests to change the appearance or pose of the character(s) cannot be made once the lineart has been completed.
b. Requests to change shading are not applicable.
c. If the background is completed (beyond sketch phase) the client may not request further major changes to it.
d. If the client fails to correct a character error in the sketch phases or when asked, the artist is not accountable.
e. The client cannot request any changes once the work has been completed and accepted.

III. Customer Accountability
1. The client is responsible for providing clear references and descriptions. If you fail to provide enough description, I am not accountable.
2. If anything is left up to the artist, such as choosing a pose or background, the artist is not required to change those aspects.
3. If the customer is not satisfied with a work when it is completed but did not make changes when given the opportunity the artist is not accountable.

IV. Copyright and Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.
Therefore I, the artist, am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself within any place or site.
- Publish books or documents using the drawing in any format. (In a tutorial or example framework, for example.)
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
- Claim full ownership of the drawing.
(Please note that I will not claim ownership of your characters, of course.)
The client is allowed to;
Use the commissioned artwork for personal use, examples of this personal use are as follows:
- Using the work as an avatar/icon on a variety of websites and platforms with credit.
- Use the work as examples or character reference when commissioning another artist.
- Use of the work as a digital wallpaper or lock screen on a personal device.
- The client can claim ownership of the character(s) in the work but not of the drawing itself.
- The client can print the work for non-commercial use (i.e. printing to hang up in a room or share with friends).
- The work cannot be used for profit, such as on a business card or printed onto merch. I, the artist, do not take commercial commissions.
- Using the work on a character’s Toyhouse profile, Artfight, etc, with proper credit. (It can be used as a reference image for your character.)
Examples of proper credit are: - Leaving a direct link to one of my sites within the description or title of the post. The client is not allowed to post my work on any social media sites. I only allow reposting on sites where a character profile would be stored. (Again, Toyhouse, Artfight, etc.) You are welcome to add links leading to where I posted it but you absolutely may not post it yourself.Basically I want you to be able to use your commission for character reference, to share with friends, etc. I just don’t allow reposting on other social media sites - e.g., posting it to Deviantart to say, “Look what Cyprus drew for me!” Would not be OK - I would ask you to use instead a link to my post. But if you uploaded the image to Artfight and added my credit, or sent it to another artist as an example for a different commission, that’s perfectly alright. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
- Posting it anywhere besides a character profile, even with proper credit.
- Taking credit for the creation of the work.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures already applied without permission.
- Altering the artwork significantly without the artist's consent to claim it was an original product of the client’s.
Commercial works are currently unavailable and have always been unavailable, meaning if any commission made prior to the latest update of the Terms of Service is being used for profit in any form it is infringing upon this Terms of Service and will be reported.Last change on March 24, 2025 - clarifying terminology in Section II.3 and clarifying specifications in Section IV.
